It’s OK to be angry;

        Life has not been fair.

It’s OK to be sad;

        You have had so much loss.

It’s OK to take a break;

        Just remember to breathe.

It’s OK not to be OK;

        There is just so much to bear.

It’s OK not to be strong;

        We are all only human.

It’s OK not wanting to talk;

         I can listen to you in silence.

It’s OK not knowing what to do;

        I am here.  You can lean on me.

I am here.

       I see your quiet tears.

       I hear your silent screams.

       I sense your suffering.

I am here.

          Lean on me.

I am here for you.
